If you cancel the party with less than a 72 hour notice, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party or you will forfeit the full deposit. If you choose to reschedule your party and cancel at a later date you will forfeit the full deposit. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party. Pizza delivery fee will be applied to party.
*15% fee will be applied to parties that sneak in outside food or drinks.

FAQ

Can we bring in extra food/drinks besides the birthday cake?

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS PERMITTED.  Any additional food or drink must be purchased from our café.  Guests are allowed to bring in a Birthday cake and party supplies to decorate table.  You will receive bottled water with your party.

is ice cream okay to bring?

Unfortunately, no. We do not have a way to keep the ice cream from melting and we do not allow outside coolers.

Does 10 guests include the birthday child?

Yes it does.

What is the best way to book a birthday party?

We have made it very easy to book everything you need for your party online.  However, if you have additional questions or would like to customize your party just give us a call at 903-630-7090.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

Parties require 50% deposit at time of booking.  Deposit is applied to party total.  A party requires 7 days cancellation notice.  Any party cancelled with less than 72 hours will forfeit their deposit.

Can I arrive early for my Birthday party to decorate?

We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time to finish check in process and set up for your party.

Can a waiver be printed for my Birthday party guests?

Every iJump guest must fill out a liability waiver if they are jumping.  A parent or legal guardian must create an account at ijumptyler.com to electronically sign a waiver on behalf of their children.  When inviting your party guests, please ask them to fill out a waiver online prior to the party.  This will save tremendous time and congestion during the check-in process the day of your party. Are Ages 2 & under free with parties?

No. Anyone jumping or participating in park activities with a party is charged the party jumper rate.

Do you have invitations?

Yes, party invitations are on our website when you scroll down under Party Extras or click HERE.

is there a maximum number of party guests that i can have at my party?

We do not have a maximum but we would recommend no more than 20 people if you are concerned about seating at the table. If your party grows to larger than 20, please inform us ahead of time so we can make accommodations.  We have the Mezannine Area that can accomodate 30-40 guests.

are there areas designated for smaller, younger children?

Yes, we have the Matrix Trampolines, which is a trampoline area dedicated for ages 6 and under, or the weeNinja, a multi-level indoor playground, for 8 and under. Also, because the Air Bag and runways are one-at-a-time activities, they are also safe for the younger kiddos.  Laser Tag is another option that younger children may play in a group. 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your Birthday party start time to be greeted by your party host.  Your Birthday party host will help you set-up your party area and complete the check-in process.
